The initial friendly greeting at check-in impressed me. The room size was satisfactory and very clean. I also enjoyed the Mensagem Rooftop Restaurant & Bar. It offered great service.
My room felt somewhat like a basement room. People walking by could look inside, so I couldn't open the windows much. The doors had some creaking problems. The sink also had standing water. It seems like the drain was blocked.

I found the staff nice. the room had everything i needed. It was a lovely experience. i also loved the daily-replenished minibar. This was an useful and great touch. i also appreciated the excellent location.

The staff was helpful. They gave quality service and anticipated needs. I also liked the central location with main sights within walking distance.
My room seemed like it was in the basement, so anyone could look in. This meant I couldn't keep the windows open.

i stayed in a unique room and i was very happy. the room was very spacious. the building is located on a quiet side street (which i found very peaceful). the rooftop patio offered wonderful city views.
the beds were a little hard but the staff was very willing to help with a top mattress.
